Our Guarantee: We certainly hope that you are always pleased with your order and make every effort to select high quality products to ensure this. However, if you are not satisfied, simply return the item to us within 30 days in original condition (exception - Neon/Led pictures must be returned within 5 days) and we will exchange or refund promptly. (For your protection, return your package insured by UPS or US Mail. With US Mail it also helps if you obtain a delivery confirmation tracking number in case the package is lost.) Clearance items are stipulated as no return, all sales final.

Payment Method: All payments must be in U.S. funds. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept PayPal. We do not ship COD orders.
We are no longer accepting paper checks by mail due to the high rate of fraudulent and insufficient funds checks. Many supermarkets and other locations offer money orders at a minimal charge. Send money order payable to Mystic Unicorn.
Shipping: Most items in stock are shipped within 1 to 5 days. We try to keep a full stock on hand at all times, sometimes for reasons out of our control an item will be temporarily unavailable. There is no extra shipping charge for back ordered items. We are a traditional mail order company. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks to receive your order, customized items are excluded. Neon sculptures, clocks, signs, customized or personalized items can take longer as these are shipped direct from manufacturers. International orders can take longer as many items that normally ship direct from other locations to our US customers, need to be received first in Las Vegas and then repackaged for shipping to other countries and shipping costs have to be calculated. Be advised that if you place an international order, you will be responsible for paying all customs fees through your customs office. Customs fees vary per country.
Our major shipping methods are UPS Ground (United Parcel Service), Federal Express Ground, Priority Mail and First Class Mail through the U.S. Post Office.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and international orders pay the actual
Priority Air Mail shipping cost. Our shopping cart does not calculate postage,
additional postage will be added to your order and charged to your credit card.
Not all items qualify for international shipping. Most small collectibles,
incense, etc. do qualify. Large Neon Pictures, Neon Clocks, Neon Sculptures,
Statues, and other items are USA only and are not available for International
shipping. International packages are sent through the US Post Office by First Class
or Priority Air Mail. Please note the US Post Office has greatly increased prices
now and are not only charging for weight but also the size of the package.
International shipping often costs more than the item itself.
Returns: You must email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item so that we may give you the correct instructions.
Should you receive a damaged package, save the entire package and contact the carrier immediately at your local office, UPS, Federal Express or Post Office. They will instruct you to the proper procedures to follow. We will then be able to replace the item for you.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items for reasons other than damaged in shipping or manufacturer defect. A credit will be issued for the merchandise less the 20% restocking fee. No refunds on shipping.
NEON or LED Picture, Sculptures, Clocks returns must be authorized before return and returned within 5 days. It is urgent that you inspect packages as soon as the neon/led arrives. The neon manufacturers do not allow for late returns and must be notified immediately of any damage or defects. If the item is a gift do not wrap the package and wait to inspect it later. Contact us by email to email@example.com so that we can help and also notify the manufacturer asap.
Damaged neon clocks, signs or light pictures must go back to the specific manufacturer directly. Contact us by email first to obtain return authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for specific instructions regarding neons.
NOTE: For NEON or LED pictures, clocks, or sculptures it is very important that you follow the warranty information sheet and contact the manufacturer immediately if the package is damaged in shipping or defective to get a replacement for you. Please notify us and the manufacturer so that we can assist you quickly with any problems.
Custom neon sculptures, personalized neon clocks, and personalized wooden signs are not returnable. All sales are final.
